Similarly, the customer agrees to pay the monthly riding fee in full according to the terms of this contract. The following fees are paid by the customer for each iron horse on board at the stable. If the horses covered by this riding contract require medical attention, the stable will do everything in its power to contact the customer by phone. If the client is not reachable, the barn reserves the right to provide veterinary care to the horse or horses under this riding contract. All costs associated with this care are the sole responsibility of the client. By signing below, the Customer confirms the receipt and understanding of the terms of this horse boarding contract and agrees to respect them without restriction. This riding contract is renewed from month to month. The customer can terminate this contract at any time by paying for the transportation of unpaid horses and removing his horse from the property of the stable. While every effort is made to provide appropriate care to all horses embarking, the barn is not responsible for the costs or losses associated with the illness, theft, injury or death of a horse. While the facilities and staff of the barn are fully insured in accordance with legal requirements, this insurance does not cover the horses of the customers. The client is committed to taking full and complete responsibility for the health and well-being of the horse. In addition, the customer undertakes to exempt and compensate the barn without restriction for any claim or loss or damage.
The client must justify the following vaccinations before embarking with the piggery: these vaccinations must be kept up to date by the client, as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
